Estee Lauder Mother of Pearl Top Makeup Case

Estee Lauder Compact - Missing Latch Pin

This is a 1960's vintage round Pocket Watch style compact in gold tone metal with a mother of pearl top with a gold tone emblem in the center. The gold tone back has a fleur de lis pattern all over. Inside, the mirror is clear except at the top left side which is worn/marred. There is a residue of powder remaining. A black tassel cord is attached to the compact bale. It measures 2-1/4' across/down. The label on the back reads “Made in USA, Estee Lauder Inc. SUN BURNT” and “Dist. New York”. The latch/pin that securely closes the compact is missing; otherwise, the compact is in very good condition. A gift box is included.
