I have an issue with my purchase, what should I do?

Please Contact us right away for any issue you have with your purchase.  I will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue and/or to advise on how to return an item when needed.  When a return is needed, I will refund the original purchase price once I have the item back.  Note that you will need to pay the shipping cost of the return.

When will I receive my item?

Except for U.S. Holidays and barring severe weather events, all items are shipped 1 business day after an order is received. Shipping times will vary, depending upon your location. USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class) Shipping to U.S. Addresses will vary from 3 to 8 days, depending upon your location and Postal Service Delays. U.S. Priority Mail shipments generally take from 2-3 days. 

Do you Ship Internationally?

We do not ship to addresses outside the United States.

Are Your Vintage Items in Like New Condition?

In most cases, the Vintage Items listed here are in very good condition. Many are also in obviously Used condition with Flaws, such as wear spots, missing stones, frayed edges, and other flaws. I do my best to describe each item noting any flaws; however, I may have inadvertently missed something. Please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have about any item in the shop.
