Dorset Fifth Avenue Gold Tone Square Makeup Case

This is a Vintage Dorset Fifth Avenue Compact with a Marred Mirror. It is a medium-sized square compact in gold tone metal with a raised leafy-flowery design on the front. The back has a wavy lined pattern. Inside, the mirror is very marred. The Powder Puff is in fair condition, as can be seen in the photos. No powder remains. The outside of the case is in good vintage condition; the front is very good, the back shows wear. The latch that opens and closes the case works well. The compact measures 3" x 3" x 1/2" deep. Signed "Dorset Fifth Avenue" on the powder puff.
