Vintage Bourjois Compact

This is a 1940's silver tone square Bourjois Evening in Paris Compact, with a dark blue enameled edge stripe. The compact measures 2-1/4" across/down. The top and back covers show wear. Inside, the mirror is in good condition with a few tiny spots. The inside cover shows much wear; the latch for the inside cover works well and there is a residue of powder remaining but no puff. Stamped "Evening in Paris" inside and "Bourjois New York Distributor" on the back. It comes in a gift box.
